Dzien dobry,
i plan to come to the tatras in April and i'd like to know more about the snow conditions. It seems like there's not much snow but i'm not sure i've understood everything, so could you confirm? in the french alps it's quite dry this winter.

we also do not have too much snow this winter, but the conditions are pretty relative. Their evaluation depends on, what You are looking for- if You are looking for couloir-skiing, there will be fairly enough snow for You, but if You want do ski something easy in the valleys, You could be disappointed.

Usually best conditions for touring in Tatras are in march/april. This year is bellow average so far. It is not enough snow for valley to valley tours.

mam nadzieje ze warunki sniegowe beda troche zmienic bo juz zrezerwowalismy bilety lotniczne. myslisz ze na poczatku kwietniu mozna robic cos jak: schronisko na kondratowej hali- murowaniec-w dolinie pieciu stawow polskich-przy morskim oku? Czy jest szans miec snieg wszedzie? lepiej zostac w najwyzszego czesc tatr? czy cos szczegolnie polecasz albo na przeciwienstwo odradzasz? czy trzeba zamowic schroniska bardzo wczesnie?

dziekuje mi odpowiedziec. Mam to wszystko planowac. Mam mapy i przewodniki ale sa po polsku i trudno to wszystko dobrze tlumacic.

Mysle, ze początek kwietnia to najlepsza pora na taka ture.

As for today the conditions are very poor.
Snow is only very high in the mountains and the only route you can do from those you mentioned is Zawrat. But unfortunately, you will have to carry your skis all the way to Hala Gąsienicowa. I don't know anything about Szpiglas so mayby somebody else will tell you something more.

the emergancy numbers in Polish Tatras (TOPR-Tatras Volunteer Mountain Rescue) are: 601-100-300 (this also number to GOPR [Volunteer Mountain Rescue] the rest of polish mountains except Tatras) menu is in Polish but Tatras are number "one", the second number sctricte to TOPR is +48 18 206-34-44
